FAQ

You will be working with a professional bridal consultant who will guide you through the amazing journey of finding the dress! We begin every appointment with a tour of the store and an interview to make sure you and your consultant are on the same page for your vision. You will select 4-5 dresses to begin and then your consultant will pull more for you based on your likes and dislikes. Your consultant will be available to help you get the dresses on if you require, and she will clip you into the dress so you can see the ideal fit. Once you find your dream dress she will take your measurements to find your size and we will order your gown!

We are a special order store, which means that every dress we have is a sample. Our sample sizes vary from bridal size 8 to bridal size 16, most of our samples will fit a street size 4-12 comfortably. We also have a size inclusive section with over 50 gowns ranging from a bridal size 18 up to a bridal size 30. Your consultant will clip you into the dresses so you can see how they fit, and once you say yes to the dress your measurements will be taken and we will order the size that most closely matches your measurements! We can order most of our gowns in bridal sizes 2-34, or 00-30 in regular clothing sizes.

Appointments are required on the weekends and preferred through the week. It is always best to have an appointment so we can ensure you get the one-on-one service you deserve!

We do not currently charge to make or cancel an appointment.
